We collect only what you send us: name, email, phone, and the general description of an estate matter. We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or photos of backups. Do not send them.
We use that information to reply, to run the engagement you signed, and to keep a case file (authority documents, a work log, addresses or transaction IDs we observed). We do not store keys.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with people you already have on the file (your counsel of record, your accountant) or when the law requires it. Counsel stays counsel of record.
We keep a matter file for as long as the engagement and any legal retention require, then delete it.
